Who within CPS Research will have access to personal information about me?

Personal information can be accessed by a restricted number of CPS Research employees. 

All CPS Research employees are fully GDPR trained and are aware of the importance of privacy and how to handle and manage customer data appropriately and securely.

How does CPS Research secure personal information?

It is CPS Research’s practice to secure each web page that collects personal information; however, the confidentiality of personal information transmitted over the Internet cannot be guaranteed. Does CPS Research transfer personal information to jurisdictions outside of the United Kingdom?

CPS Research does not transfer personal information to different jurisdictions unless you give express permission to do so. CPS Research will clearly notify you when data you enter may be transferred to another jurisdiction. CPS Research is bound by the General Data Protection Regulations pertaining to the United Kingdom Jurisdiction. 

What choices do I have about how CPS Research collects and uses personal information about me?

CPS Research does not knowingly collect or use any personal information directly from children (we define “children” as minors younger than 16) on CPS Research websites. We do not knowingly allow children to communicate with us or use any of our online services without the presence and consent of a parent or guardian.

Temperature checks

Everyone is required to have a temperature check as they enter the clinic.

Hand Sanitising

Multiple hand sanitisation stations are located throughout the clinic. Frequent hand cleaning is followed by all of our staff.

PPE (PERSONAL protective equipment)

All staff will be equipped with personal protective equipment to keep you and them as safe as possible.

CLINIC DEEP CLEANING

Every consultation room and visiting area is deep cleaned between visits to ensure your safety.

SOCIAL DISTANCING

Social distancing of 2M will be in effect at all times within the clinic.

CLEAN AIR FILTERS

Each clinical room is fitted with a 0.1 micron HEPA air filtration system which filters the air removing viral particles.
